Nighttime Diffuse Blend

Favorite Nighttime Diffuser Blend

My favorite nighttime diffuser blend is Eucalyptus and Serenity.

Eucalyptus because to be perfectly honest, I’m obsessed with the smell.
The benefits are just a bonus! It helps with my allergies, relaxes me, and the scent I just find pleasant and soothing.

Serenity because it smells like Heaven in a bottle! The hint of vanilla along with all the best relaxing oils. How can you go wrong?

Spring Cleaning with Essential Oils

Essential oils for spring cleaning

Spring Cleaning with Essential Oils. Essential oils are a great way to clean without chemicals! What better time to start than spring? Mix peppermint and lemon in a spray bottle with water for a refreshing cleaner to spray on countertops. Tea tree oil is great for mold, mildew, and killing those unwanted germs. Lemongrass helps get rid of unwanted smells. Put a drop in with your laundry detergent to freshen up a dingy load. Rosemary and eucalyptus also work as an air and surface sanitizer. Diffuse wild orange, or grapefruit to give your home that fresh scent of citrus. Happy spring!

Eucalyptus… it’s not just for Koalas.

Eucalyptus is invigorating, soothing, and uplifting, therefore, is often used in spas, gyms, and yoga studios. The strong purifying properties of eucalyptus oil makes it relaxing and cleansing. Making it that perfect after work out essential oil.

Eucalyptus essential oil is perfect for diffusing on a cold night. The aromatic scent of this essential oil is very refreshing. In other words contributing to a restful nigh sleep.

In addition, Eucalyptus essential oil can be applied topically to the skin by diluting in a lotion or a carrier oil. I use a diluted roller bottle daily to help combat allergies.
